Miley Cyrus' VMAs Performance

It's no secret that Miley Cyrus went wild at the VMAs.  Everybody knows.  Everybody cares...  but should anybody really?

People have come down on her really hard for something so silly and insignificant.  What do they care about so much?

Well, people care partly because Robin Thicke is married.  First, it's not your marriage, so it's not your problem.  Second, it's showbiz.  If you think they're gonna remain innocent forever, then you're sadly mistaken.  Third, this was planned way in advanced.  Their teams all came together and made a routine.  It wasn't like Miley's inner slut was DYING to come out so she randomly twerked on him because we women are sooooo bad.  Everybody was fine with it but you.  So chill.

People care because it's "inappropriate."  She's a grown woman and can dance any way she wants.  Besides, who are you to judge what's inappropriate and what isn't?  Who made you the supreme ruler of judge-iness?  If so, I want to talk to that person and give them a piece of my mind.  I'm really tired of everyone judging people because of such little things that they deem wrong.  Besides, there are lots of 20 year olds going out and doing those same dances, just less publicly.

People care because the childhood star they know and love has grown up.  They grew up with Hannah Montana and later see her in a completely different light, and they don't like this new light.  Don't like it?  Don't watch it.  People change.  People grow up.  People do try new things and when they like new things, they continue to do them.  She, apparently, likes twerking.  So let the lady twerk.  She's not Hannah anymore.

People care for Billy Ray Cyrus.  Well, Billy doesn't care.  Not your kid, not your problem.  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/26/billy-ray-cyrus-miley-cyrus-vmas_n_3816095.html?utm_hp_ref=mostpopular

To sum it all up, he's not your husband, so chill.  It's not your life, so chill.  She's not the girl you once knew, so chill.  She's not your daughter or your responsibility, so chill.

If you dare say it's because it's not suitable for your children to watch on tv, I might injure you.  The whole world shouldn't have to be forced to not watch this on television because of your kid.

Besides, no reason to be mean about it.  It doesn't make you any better of a person.  It just makes you mean and nobody likes a mean person.

So calm down.  The end.
